Scope of Work

• Demo existing restrooms, Suspended Ceiling Tiles, HVAC Supply and Return Vents, Electrical Outlet/Switches, Rough Plumbing, and Interior & Exterior Doors.

• Install new Rough Plumbing.

• Install new Rough Electrical

• Retape and retexture all interior walls and hard lid ceilings.

• Prime and repaint all walls, hard lid ceilings and doors.

• Install new suspended ceiling tiles.

• Install new HVAC supply and return vents.

• Furnish and install new restroom fixtures, showers, partitions, and PVC wall Panels

• Install new Interior and Exterior Doors and hardware.

• Furnish and install new Restroom Exhaust Fans, Outlets and Switches.

• Demo existing VCT, Carpet and Ceramic Tile flooring.

• Install new Luxury Vinyl Tile and Rubber Cove base in Offices and Hallways.

• Install new Ceramic Tile and Cove base in Restrooms.

• Install Corian Countertops and Sinks.
