Scope of Work:
General Scope:
Provide labor, material, and equipment for TR upgrades and CAT6 cabling.
Design for each TR includes cabinet placement, backboards, ladder rack, power location, grounding busbar as required.
Specific Tasks for All Buildings:
Installations:
Install cabinet and backboard in TR.
Install 30A circuit in TR with a quad outlet in the cabinet.
Install ladder rack and UPS in cabinet.
Bond and ground ladder rack and cabinet.
Install j-hook pathway, cable tray distribution pathway (if space available), surface mount raceway, and surface mount back boxes.
Install CAT6 patch panels, horizontal cable managers in cabinet, and CAT6 cabling.
Test and label CAT6 cabling.
Install JCI switch.
Demo out CAT5e cabling after CAT6 installation (NMCI cabling remains).
Remove patch panels, patch cords, and equipment from the old rack.

Bldg 204: 72x2 drops (one VOIP, one RDTE).
Bldg 501: 48x3 drops (one VOIP, two RDTE).
Bldg 502: 96x3 drops (one VOIP, two RDTE).
Bldg 503: 48x3 drops (one VOIP, two RDTE).
Bldg 504: 48x3 drops (one VOIP, two RDTE); Un-terminate CAT5e and reuse.
Bldg 508: 96x4 drops (one VOIP, one NMCI, two RDTE).
Bldg 510: 96x3 drops (one VOIP, two RDTE).
Bldg 511: 48x3 drops (one VOIP, two RDTE).
Bldg 512: 72x3 drops (one VOIP, two RDTE).
Bldg 513: 72x3 drops (one VOIP, two RDTE).
Bldg 516: 96x3 drops (one VOIP, two RDTE); Install power poles as required.
Bldg 517: 96x4 drops (one VOIP, one NMCI, two RDTE).
Bldg 518: 96x3 drops (one VOIP, two RDTE); Un-terminate CAT5e and reuse.
Bldg 519: 96x4 drops (one VOIP, one NMCI, two RDTE); Install power poles as required.
Bldg 520: 96x3 drops (one VOIP, two RDTE); Install power poles as required.
Bldg 521: 96x3 drops (one VOIP, two RDTE).
Bldg 523: 96x3 drops (one VOIP, two RDTE).
Bldg 539: 24x3 drops (one VOIP, two RDTE).
Additional Specific Tasks:
Bldg 216: Install UPS in the existing cabinet.
Bldg 514: Install JCI switch.
